Established in 1984 by Elmer R. Jordan, our organization has grown to a full service Insurance Agency.  Our Agency serves the insurance needs of individuals, families, and businesses across Southern California.

On July 1, 2007, Elmer’s daughter, Karen Quigley, and her husband Michael, purchased the agency.  Our goal is to build upon the sound business practices in place since 1984. We are committed to providing optimal insurance solutions for our clients, and to be their trusted advisor.

Karen Quigley

Karen has been in the insurance industry since 1984, when she joined the family business to work with her father, Elmer Jordan. Karen and her husband Michael bought the Agency from him in 2007. Since then the Agency has grown to serve the needs of clients across the State of California.

Karen is licensed to sell all lines of Insurance. Her specialty is the sales of life, health, disability and long-term care insurance.

Karen is well versed in all Agency Operations. Karen manages all sales of the Agency as well as Agency/Company relationships.

Karen has been an active member of the Rotary Club of Westlake Village since 1991. She served as the Club's first woman President in 96-97.

Karen has been recognized with the National Sales Achievement Award, and the National Quality Award. She has been a member of the Ventura County Health Underwriters Association since 1996.

Karen earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the California State University Northridge.

Michael Quigley

Michael was born in Philadelphia, PA.  He grew up there and in Harrisburg, PA. 

Michael has approximately thirty years of work experience in commercial banking, management consulting, and as a business owner.  He joined Karen in the insurance agency when Karen purchased it from her father, Elmer, on July 1, 2007.  Prior to that, Michael started and managed a Malibu based gardening and landscape business.  As a former and current small business owner, Michael understands the demands and challenges his business insurance clients face on a day to day basis.  He works very hard to provide insurance solutions that support the strategic direction of his clients’ businesses.

Besides holding a California Property and Casualty insurance license, Michael has a BBA degree in Marketing from the University of Memphis, a MBA degree in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh, and a MS degree in Organizational Analysis from Case Western Reserve University.
